Avoid the queues, leave the car behind and jump onboard one of Official Lost Paradise private transfers heading direct from your place to your campsite drop off point in Glenworth Valley.  Kick back, relax and arrive in style with the knowledge that your transfer will be there at the end of the festival to take you home safely.  

Prices vary according to passenger numbers and travel distances. Private transfers are limited and pending vehicle availability. To secure your arrival time at the festival, a $250 deposit required on booking. Our reservations team will endeavour to confirm rates with 48 hours of request.

Transfers to the festival are available on December 28 and 29 and your return on 1st January 2026. (Don't forget to book your return)

Arrival and Departure Windows

In 2025, you will be requested to book an arrival & departure time slot based on vehicle capacity. Once these time slots are reserved and a deposit is paid for they will become unavailable.  If a preferred time slot is no longer available, you will need to select an alternative time.  

All private departures are from the Drop off Point near Campsite A.  Shuttle Buses will be running from Campsite A-Campsite B/C - however it is your responsibility to allow plenty of time to arrive for your designated departure time. Departure time slots are an estimate and may change pending on how traffic is flowing on site.

The Private Transport provides flexible pickup locations in and around Sydney, making it accessible for attendees to get to Lost Paradise from all over!

Luggage Guidelines

To ensure smooth arrival into the festival site, the following luggage limits will apply to all private transfers:

1 esky per 2 passengers 

 1 gazebo per 4 passengers 

 1 large bag + 1 small carry-on per person 

 No BBQs, tables, mirrors, or glass 

 No shopping trolleys or wheelbarrows (yes, people have tried!)

If luggage limits are exceeded, additional fees will apply.
